Insulderm
1235 |
A high quality
insulating varnish for the impregnation of coil
windings used in the manufacture and repair of components
such as electrical transformers, electrical field
windings etc. This product is formulated to give
a class H thermal rating, when tested in accordance
with the test methods described in BS2757: 1986,
with a very high bond strength. The controlled solvent
blend gives fast cure, ease of application and superior
tank stability. |

4001 |
A two component high
performance heat reactive unsaturated polyester
resin for use in the manufacture and repair of components,
such as electrical transformers, electrical field
windings, stators and also on conductor coverings.
INSULDERM 4001 is formulated to give a class H thermal
rating, when tested in accordance with the test
methods described in BS2757, for continuous use
of up to 180°C, providing considerable strength
and rigidity at elevated temperatures. INSULDERM
4001 cures rapidly at elevated temperatures giving
a tough durable film with low shrinkage and freedom
from tack. |

A high quality
anti tracking enamel for application to electrical
components such as motor casings giving good build
together with rapid through drying, lasting durability
and anti tracking properties. INSULDERM 500 when
dry exhibits good resistance to mild solvents and
many lubricating oils. INSULDERM 500 has a high
flash point together with a low hazard solvent blend
thus allowing application in a wide variety of environments. |

tracking enamel for application to electrical components
such as motor casings, giving good build together
with rapid through drying, lasting durability and
anti tracking properties. The excellent application
properties together with rapid drying enable high
production volumes to be painted and handled in
a very short time. INSULDERM 501 when dry exhibits
good resistance to mild solvents and many lubricating
oils. |

463 |
A quick drying fungicidal
quality anti tracking finishing varnish giving good
build with rapid through drying, lasting durability
and anti tracking properties. PAKYDERM 463 may also
be used as a quick baking impregnating varnish on
small windings. PAKYDERM 463 being fungicidal is
suitable for application and use in tropical climates. |
